I bought about an month ago only used once for a short while. The thing has no power or my grass and weeds are tougher than the ones you used on your advertisements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light weight and easy to use

I have had the unit now for 3 weeks and the only downside about the product is that the 2 batteries provided die after 10 minutes of use. Then you have to wait a long time for them to recharge before continuing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product

I bought the Trimmer this year, and i am more than pleased with it. I don't have to worry about long extension cords, using gas, which is very uncomfortable for me, and the free spools for life is a added bonus. I'm very pleased with it.

Easy to Install - Shipping & Handling Expensive

I've had my Worx trimmer for several years. The spools are easy to install. You are not getting them for free. The cost of shipping and handling absolutely pays for them. If you order 2 packs, they charge double shipping and handling.

I purchased the trimmer six weeks ago and trimmed my front and back yard
Three times and still on the first spool of string. The Worx GT is a great tool.
I currently own four Worx products and would definitely purchase them again.
