Not working as Advertised

First roll I put on the line was fused to itself, so It would not index out line it should..had to remove the cover, break the connection to the other line and feed it out again. Had to do this 5 times on 1 roll so far. Going to take that roll off and try the next roll and hope for better luck

I've had my trimmer, edger, for over three years, and love it. For a woman who is over seventy years of age, it is easy to handle and light weight, too. I like the free spools for life, to.

Line sticks In spool

I've been using the spools for a few years. Only complaint is I've ALWAYS had to manually advance the line, also it breaks frequently & I need needle nose pliers to break it loose from the next layer & while I'm working on it the rest of the line on the spool starts to loosen, not sure if it's a design defect or factory winding issue. It can be quite challenging. I think the shipping is a bit high, but it's convenient & much cheaper than in the stores.

Never had a problem receiving my replacement spools, very convenient. I make my order online and within a few days my package is in the mailbox. Can't beat it.

Very easy to reorder the spools! Love my trimmer and the ease of putting on these spools. Just when I order since I have to pay for shipping I always order something besides my free spools
