So glad we ordered ours for we were down and almost out. It was super getting 6 rolls at once. Now we can trim all we want. And when we get low just reorder 6 more. This is really great ordering like this.

I started with the original worx. I upgraded to the worxg2. This is the most easiest product to use. If you don't buy one your a fool. It is a feather weight compared to a gas motor trimmer/ edger. If you have watched the commercial for this worxg2 on TV, everything you see and here is true. I recommend anyone who wants to make yard work easier,BUY IT.

Love my WORX but half the spools won't freely feed

The spool line in about half or more of the spools won't feed out and stick in the spool so you have to dig it out with screw driver or just throw half away...Love it when it works right and feeds right.

battery life

I owned a weed eater for several yrs and was satisfied, however when it finally wore out and I decided to order a new one recently, I have not been satisfied like before. Instructions say the battery may take several times to be recharged before it reaches it's 100% charge capability. I have recharged both batteries at least 3 times already and cannot even complete cutting 1/2 my yd. before the battery dies. So how many times is "several" ? I use to be able to trim my entire yd. off 1 battery charge w/my old worx weed eater, because my yd is small. I almost feel like I was given 2 refurbished batteries! So since the battery dies after trimming !/2 of my yd or less, and it's taking 5 hrs. to recharge 2nd battery to be able to trim 2nd half of yd, I am unable to finish my yd. under 5 hrs. when it only take 30 minutes to cut entire yd. I guess I can charge both before starting, but am afraid that by the time my 1st battery being used loses its charge, I fear the 2nd batt will lose its charge, just from sitting over night. Another problem is the spools keep feeding the line out until it wraps around the bottom of the spool and stops cutting. This usually happens every couple minutes, forcing me to stop what I'm doing, take the cap off, and wind the line back up into the spool so I can continue. This is both annoying and time consuming. Just don't understand how product has changed this much. Not sure if I would recommend this product to a friend or not!

Great trimmer

Bought this in a combo with the leaf blower and thought was a great value. The line doesn't seem to last very long. Checked the price locally for refills and purchasing from Worx was the best value. Only issue I had was with my local postal service whom FedEx delivered to. They didn't scan the item out from the post office and delivered it somewhere else. After a trip to the post office and a chat with the supervisor, which took about 40 minutes, it was located the following day and delivered.

I love my Worx weed wacker. Unfortunately we recently moved and I cannot find my two battery packs to be able to use the machine. So now that I have these spools of line I am not sure when I will be able to use them. Thanks,
