Purchased the product this past spring. It is very, very easy to use and incredibly versatile. With the wheel attachment I have become quite skilled in my first summer of use. Replacement spools are a snap to install. I simply love this machine!

I bought this product about a month ago. It fits my original 18v trimmer. I was happy that it overcame my skepticism. Worx has an authentic product, and because of it's ease and simplicity, I'll never use a gas or electric trimmer again. Thanks!

I'M ON MY SECOND TRIMMER/EDGER AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT AS LONG AS I CAN. THE FIRST ONE LASTED 3 YEARS (HARD USE) AND THE SECOND ONE IS ON IT'S 3RD YEAR. KEEP THE CHARGER AND BATTERIES AND ACCESORIES AND THE REPLACEMENT MACHINE IS VERY INEXPENSIVE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT,
