The Worx grass trimmer is the very best trimmer on the market. I have lost track of how many people have purchased one, based on my recommendation. But I am not reviewing the trimmer, rather the 'free spools for life'. It seems that every time I get a package of spools for myself, my son, or my son-in-law, there is always a spool or two that is unwound inside the package. That's bad enough, but then some of the spools are not wound correctly, in that the top string in under sections of the middle, causing the string to not only break off, but also it does not allow the trimmer to self feed. Frustrating to say the least.
Last, but not least, does it really cost $8 and change to send 6 lightweight spools? It seems that the mailing fee could be a lot less. Kind of takes away the 'free' aspect of it. Yes, I expect to pay a mailing fee, but at that price, I expect someone to show up and put a new spool in my trimmer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your review. I apologize for any frustration that you have experience with some of your spools. The spools are at no cost, we simply ask that the customer cover the shipping and processing fee to get the spools out to you.
I bought the 32 volt trimmer and edger and what a pleasure to just pull the trigger and it starts instead of trying to start a gas trimmer and it does just a good of job no more gas trimmers for me.
