The line cuts great. I mean it cuts. It's also quite. Yes the line is quite. I have issues when it will not un-spool. The line gets stuck between to other windings and will not release. If there listening, maybe they could amply a powder while spooling to avoid this. I swear I seen the line stick to another winding like licorice is to another piece. Could be siting on the shelf to long????, plastic line to soft, I don't know.

These refill spools are okay. They cut well, but they do not advance easily. Many times I have to manually advanced the line. This is very time consuming.

Have purchased this product multiple times sine I bought my trimmer and it is a great additional benefit to the trimmer but there is a shipping charge. Also I wish they would offer just the line so that I could wind my own spools and be able to reuse the empty spools. Great product that works very well !

Your grass trimmer/edger.....love love love it. I have had it for about 4 seasons. I have a big yard, so I took that into consideration for the time the battery lasts. I did buy an additional battery 2 seasons ago and it completely died this summer and now the original battery is losing power.
Kind of disappointed with the batteries.

I've had my 18v trimmer for a couple of years and really love the light weight, the revolving head to go from trimmer to edger, and the ease of line and spool usage. Now I have added the 20v hedge trimmers, which can use the same batteries and is also very light and maneuverable. And both tools are very quiet, which is popular with my neighbors.
