I am glad they have these as I needed them and they were cheaper than purchasing them at the store. Now to find out if they have a place to send the empty spools back to them to use again?
Bought my Work 3 in 1 trimmer a couple months ago. Got to say it has been one of my best purchases. But it is a grass trimmer not a weed eater. The spools last a long time and it is a well designed machine when used correctly. I bought mine refurbished with a warranty and saved quite a bit.
I've been using this product for 2 years and it's the best. Great for edging my curved sidewalks and the driveway. A quick change to weed wack after I've edged. When I'm down to my last spool, I order the replacement spools. They install very easily. I've never had them bind up in the spool. With my old weed wacker(s) I always carried a screwdriver with me to fix the twisted string inside the spool. Not so with the WORX.
I have had 2 of the trimmers now, and love the ease and flexibility of having a cordless trimmer. With an acre to mow and trim, using a trimmer with an extension cord, or a heavy gas operated one, is not a viable option for me. And, the free replacement spools is a no-brainer. Highly recommend these products!
