All worked OK except that the order receipt listed all the applicable models for the replacement spools but my cordless trimmer model was not one of those listed. Web site did not provide any clarification. I decided to hope for the best, and my faith was rewarded. However, please update the order receipt pro-forma and the website so that customers know they are getting the proper spools!

I bought the trimmer as a gift for my husband after watching him almost electrocute himself with the old electric trimmer when the extension cord fell in the pool. He used it and loves it. Not only is it easy to use, we get compliments on how nicely our yard is trimmed. We also have a lot of small corners and angles, this has made the job a breeze for him. He is the one who says "best trimmer ever" after every use. Thank you. I saw the ad on TV and ordered it and hoped for the best. It was sooo worth it.

This is not your typical deal you get on TV "info-mercials". I was somewhat skeptical but bought the tool anyway since I hated by corded electric edger and my heavy gas powered weed wacker. This tool exceeded my expectations. It is light and easy to use! It does a great job edging!

I use the trimmer/edger tool mostly for edging a small residential yard. After ordering, I saw some poor reviews and expected the worst. I was very happy with the products (I also got a leaf blower and two 32 v batteries). I've used the tools for a year now and they are still in good condition and performing well. The batteries are far more than I need. I still have power after edging and cleaning with the blower. I alternate them between uses and probably only needed to purchase one battery. I like having two however. Thank you Worx for offering a product that is quality and helps me with my chores.

I live on 2.75 acres. I have had the same grass whip and blower for the past five years and I am working on the fifth pack of feed line with absolutely no problems and I am still using the same battery packs. I am satisfied? Absolutely. I give these products 5 stars.
