Cost of 6 spools

Please note that the general public does understand that anything advertised as "free" should be "free". If we have to pay something to get the product then it is NOT FREE! It looks like your company is actually recovering the cost of the spools by jacking up the shipping fees. I like the product but really if your company intends it to be free then it should be free.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Weed wacker spools

Ive had my weed wacker for 10 years never any issues until the last 2 sets of spools ive gotten! The spools don't last one time around my yard anymore! I use to use 1 spool 5 times around my yard! What type of plastic are you using now that it breaks off so easily? I am not a happpy customer. Unfortunately I just talked my friend into getting one last year and now these horrible spools are constantly breaking. Please go back to what you were using before!!! THANK YOU

Half hour battery life

The batteries for my Weedwhacker last maybe half an hour if I’m lucky and that’s with two of them. Not the two hours that they claim in their advertising. I tried to order the free string spools that they advertise. And it won’t let me. I’m very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
