I purchased "Spools for life" product. Received spools per promise. Spools work Great and satisfactorily, but were hardly free. Cost for shipping paid for more than shipping, it also paid for spools.

I have had worx tools for a long time. I am a senior woman. All tools such as lawnmower and trimmer edger are so easy for me to use. I do not know how to drive and never did, so I never had a way to get to a gas station to get gas for tools, and was not comfortable storing gas cans at home. With your tools it took away all concerns of this nature. I also love the fact that you had monthly payments, so even just being on social security I could still afford quality tolls from you

I don't know how long I've had my trimmer, many years, but this is only the second time I've had to order the free line for life. I love not having to bump a trimmer into the ground for more line. This trimmer actually makes me want to do the edging when I mow. I have a small yard, but it's fenced, and I have a bit of trim work to do.
It's so easy. Have the batteries all charged up between uses and I am always ready to go. It is so easy to replace a spool. It takes me only seconds and I am on my way again.
