I have an older model string trimmer which works well. I have always been pleased with the trimmer operation. Problem with older model is you can overcharge the batteries. When batteries go bad they cost almost as much as a new trimmer. I wish Worx would offer a recycling program for batteries or an upgrade program for the trimmer. Seems sensless to throw out a good trimmer because the batteries no longer hold a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice feature offered! However, I was wondering why you don't offer more spools than just the six. Considering this is for life, I would think you could provide an option to how many they would like to have shipped to them. Considering I have to pay for shipment anyway, what would it hurt you.
