[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the string trimmer purchase, the spools for life are a great part WORX program. They are very easy to change compared to conventional string trimmers. They come all ready to use. My wife is mechanically challenged and would never attempt to wrap a conventional trimmer. She changes the spools as soon as they need to be changed and does it with ease,

I will never run out of spools

Spools and line

I'm glad that I am not the only one having trouble with the line breaking. There needs to be a better option. I have to adjust the line every 2 to 3 minutes.

Not good quality

I have been using these spools for my Worx trimmer for a couple of years. This last bunch that they sent are terrible. They keep coming unwound and sending out maga amounts of line, which gets wrapped around the head. It’s not .65 diameter line, which is probably part of the problem. I love this weed eater, very sad that they have decided to go cheap on the line!

Spool line breaks

Two of my last order of six spools did this! The line breaks then I can't get it to unwind so I can use the rest. It's like it's glued down. It's very frustrating. Not happy! Now I have to wait for my next order to arrive to finish weed eating.

Trimmer

I have two trimmers and a lot of property so my daughter and I can do the edging together, so I think it’s a load of crap that they have no problem selling me two edgers but I can only get enough spools for one. As much as I love all the worx tools I have and I have six of them this has made me mad enough that I am seriously considering changing brands just because I have to buy more spools at I think is a ridiculous price because I will be out soon because of all the rain we’re getting in our area. Thanks Worx for the wonderful service!

Defective spools

I have been using work trimmer for a few years and it appears that their quality control has been degressing. Almost every spool I recently purchased is wound so they cannot self feed. I have to remove the spool and pull the line to release it. Very disappointing and aggravating. I’m thinking of purchasing a different trimmer from another manufacturer. This is just unacceptable.
