When cutting weeds of a thicker stem the red cords sometimes wraps around it and pulls off the end, breaking the orange cap holding it in place. This has happened to me three times since I bought the Worx string trimmer.

The spools for life is a great deal and eliminates the guess work regarding the best line for the trimmer. It's also very easy to replace. The easiest I've used on a trimmer. The six pack of line usually lasts me a season and a half, if memory serves. Switching to the Worx trimmer is the best choice I've made for yard equipment!

I first used this trimmer a month ago, I fell in love with it over my gas trimmer, it's light weight, easy to use, battery life lasts long, I definitely recommend buying one

Bought one when they first came out - used it till the handle broke - had it about 7 or 8 years - just loved the way I could edge my sidewalks - like I cut it with a knife. Replaced it with the 20 volt trimmer - same results but with more power! Both my boys bought one and they feel the same! Spools for life - Sweet - they charge so much in the stores! Thanks for a Great product!
