At first I didn't like it but I was trying to use it like I would by powerful gas trimmer. Not to mention I was trying to pound it on the ground to feed line and it wouldn't come. Go figure, that's not the way it works. Once I did figure out how it really works and to use it on smaller jobs, especially edging the lawn, I came to really like it.
Its not as powerful as my gas trimmer and it has a tough time on heavy brush/grass. But use it for what is designed for and it works fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's nice to know that I could get replacement spools for life. The only thing I don't like is the string gets stuck and I have to take the spool off to retrieve more string.

I absolutely enjoy the three Worx tools that I own. The lithium batteries last longer which is awesome. The convenience of using a power tool without a long cord is the main reason for my purchase.
