I love my WORX trimmier. The free spools for life sounds great. Only problem is 2 spools of every 6 pack are defective and unusable. I'd rather pay a little more and get 6 spools that are usable.

I bought the WORX Cordless Trimmer back in July. I waited to write my review till I had a chance to see it perform. My husband and I am totally pleased, one because he always had to start our gas trimmer for me cause it would never start without a work out and two because I start this with one touch of a button and off we go so now I am done with all the trimming before he ever gets done mowing the yard, and the battery has lived up to my standards. Two Thumbs up to Works products

I would think after them many years of providing you spools i would think that the string would not jan on the spool. one has to unwind the spool all the way to the end and rewrap it or it jams continuously. That is rediculous. Reengineer the process!!!!!!!

I loved the trimmer with the spools it came with when i got It worked GREAT. The Free spools are terrible they don't feed out as long and break all the time they are really worthless can hardly trim high grass let alone tough weeds Don't waste your s&h on this garbage. Really let down

Free spools for life? Just pay for shipping? For the price of the shipping I bought much stronger line and did it myself!!!!!!!

Triimmer does not last.

I bought the trimmer 2-1/2 years ago. Earlier this year iit would run anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes then stop. Had to let it sit for an hour then the same results. I ordered a new battery hoping to correct the problem. No help.
