I have had my 18 volt trimmer for a number of years and upgraded to the 20 volt model both great tools, would recommend them to anyone and have. My only complaint is the increasing price of the cord over the years. I would think Life time cord would remain priced the same as when I bought it, the price is getting a little ridiculous. I'm retired and on fixed income At least lower that ridiculous cost of shipping, For the cost of a couple bags of cord I could buy similar cord and wind dozens of my own. Being retired I have plenty of time.

Factory string works better than do it your self!

It is a lot better than buying (string) at stores, no matter how in you wind it, it just does not work like the Worx factory wound string! Keep on trimming-get done quicker, great! Note: my daughter bought the trimmer for me because I have a bad heart, the other trimmer was to heavy to hold and carry around. Great help around the house & yard. Try it, you will love it!

I bought this about a year ago and love it! It is so light weight and easy to change the cutting line spools. It's tough and can handle about anything. Easy to click the battery in place and remove it to regharge.
The only thing I would like to see is the battery charge last longer but I know you can get an upgrade. I just couldn't afford it. But I really and happy with the worx weed trimmer.
