I bought this about a month ago and it works great. I thought the tiny little spools of line would last only one trim but I have trimmed my lawn 5 times before the line finally had to be replaced. I am very satisfied with the product and the spools of replacement line.

Had the 18v trimmer, blower when the product first became available. After a few moves and mistakes I came back to Worx. Considering a mower. The 20v and the newer design are much better than the original. I may have over charged my batteries on the original since they only lasted about 2 years. I'll be sure to keep these batteries charged properly. Oh, Babaloo, I'm sure you figured out that there is no bump feature. It depends on the landscape you are trimming around. I have a few spots that have uneven concrete edging that eat up the line. Just need to get used to it.

The ease of use of these spools is amazing, no fussing around with yards of string and winding it backwards on a spool or any of that! You chuck them into the trimmer and away you go! It is literally that easy, and no mess no fuss!

Handy Trimmer when only have a small area to trim

I bought the GT trimmer over 2 years ago and use it to clean up after my larger gas trimmer. It works OK but will only run on one charge for about 10 minutes. I have a very large yard and need to charge it 3-4 times in order to do the entire back yard. I ordered extra spools of line a couple of weeks ago and it took over 2 weeks to receive them. The order fulfillment process needs to be updated. I have never waited that long for anything I have ordered online.

I am a senior citizen and Word products are great and easy to use. I purchased the weed trimmer/edger...so light and easy to use. I am amazed at how much work I can get out of the battery before recharge. Several of my friends use Worx products and listening to them on how pleased they were with the products, I purchased my trimmer...I sure am glad I did!!!
