I bought over 2 years ago.(20v adjustable trimmer
Neatest feature for me was the capability to make it work as a mini mower. Aim a Senior citizen And this feature made my day. I was so excited to see you have incorporated to a couple other trimmer models. You really need to add to the two other models. It is very easy to use.
One downfall: the locking mechanism for handle & head to change the positioning for trimming (like too mower position) is weak. Mine broke & a replacement piece is not available. I drilled a hole thru that link and bolted tight enough so it does not change the
Head more than one adjustment slot.
Your engineering should design a more stable and sturdy coupler. Also include this
in the two other more powerful units.
It is a godsend tool for. those that may not be able to use; any other way to trim around rocks, fence or any other; obstacle in a forested area.
Great job; "Worx".
I love mine will buy another when this feature is incorporated into the the two larger
Trimmers.

I really like my yard trimmer and the free spools really make this a great deal I like this so well I bought a battery operated lawn mower from WORX and really like it. It does a tremendous job. I got rif of my electric mower with a 100' extension corrd. The WORX mower saves me time and does a better job cutting the grass too.

I started my Worx experience with the 20 V Trimmer which I passed on to my brother-in-law when I decided to go bigger and bought the Max Lithium Trimmer that I absolutely love! My niece saw me trimming one day and asked about it so I told her to give it a try, she now has one. I over heard a co-worker talking about Worx and told her it was the best, she just ordered one. I even talked a complete stranger into getting one at the local hardware store. The free for life spools are like frosting on the cake!! No fussing with strings or reels that pop our of the trimmer, just pop it in and go! It couldn't be any easier.
