I wasn't sure the word 'FREE' spools for life was a sales gimmick or not. But it is completely true. The Worx trimmer was so great, we purchased a second one. It was so easy to snap the old spool off and put on the new one. We have recommended the trimmer to our family and friends.

I am disabled. I have been wanting this product for 2 years and finally got it. I love it. I can use it and no longer have to depend on others to weed eat for me. I even used it in my garden to trim weeds. It is Great and I would reccommend it to everyone.

I ordered these about a month ago. I go through about four of them per year. They save a good deal of time since I don't need to rewind the spools myself. Have good experiences with WORX equipment. I own 18 V lithum battery powered trimmer/edger and a blower. Both work great. The one improvement that perhaps has been made is in the newer more powerful batteries batteries is there life expectancy. I need to purchase a new battery about every other year. A battery costs nearly as much as a battery and an upgraded trimmer/edger.
