After my husband passed away in 2005, at I had to begin doing the yard work myself. Our old weedeaters were too heavy and difficult to operate, and, as a result, my yard never looked the same again. That is until I discovered the Worx. It is so light, versatile, and easy to use, that I can not imagine using anything else! Now that I live on 7 acres, I have purchased a 2nd lithium battery pack so I can get the job do without having to wait for the 1st battery to recharge. I have used this product for the last 10 years and am very pleased with its excellent performance.
I have used my edger trimmer 5 times. The things I like about it are,it does a nice job and is lite. I also like not needing gas or a cord when using it. Things that irritate me about it are the 20volt batteries do not last all that long. It takes two to do my edging and they take a long time to charge, causing it sometimes two days to finish my edging if I forgot to charge the spare battery ahead of time.
Thank you for the one pkg of spools. We have three worx weed eaters and love your product. We have at our beach house and two at our main residence. We would like to order more than one pkg of spools at a time. It would save us time. Thx.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the Spools for Life Program, you can order as many as you would like. To order more spools it can be done on our website at this link https://www.worx.com/en-US/free_spools_6pack.aspx, or call customer service at 1-866-354-9679.
I ordered spools for the first time since I purchased my trimmer over 2 years ago. I must admit I thought I would have to go through a hassle of getting charged for them, knowing they are supposed to be free for life. Well, there was no problem and I had them in 4 days. I'm impressed!
I bought word tools because it was so easy off me to use. I am disabled and cannot walk or stand long. Because of the cordless abilities, I am able to weed eat my yard without dragging a cord around, making much easier on my disability. Plus the cordless blower is also just as easy. I love my work tools and would definitely recommend to anyone with or without a disability.
This should not be advertised with products that it isn't part of. Love my 57V trimmer. Hate the fact it doesn't have lifetime spools. Don't advertise with it PLEASE

Thank you for your feedback. I will forward that information to see if this trimmer could be included in the Spools for Life Program. The 56V trimmer takes a bigger size spool and the quality of the line is more heavy duty seeing that you have the variable speed on the trimmer.
I brought my weed eater last year and just this year needed more spools. I have enjoyed my weed eater and my grand kids can use it also. There ages are 5 & 7 years old and my father is turning 81 and he is able to use it also. So he ordered one for himself because it was so light and easy to use.
