I bought it about a year ago and so light wait and dos a grate job Im 63 years old that means a lot, because i have arthritis an hart prablems, and i am well satisfide with this trimmer.

Problems with sticking line.

I've been using my trimmer for several years and I have no complaints about the overall performance. My problem is with the trim-line spools. I am constantly stopping to unstick the line feed. The line is caught within the reel which causes it to snap off; rendering the trimmer useless until I get it freed. This is frustrating and time consuming.
I've tried prevent this but nothig has worked. I have lubed the line and even rewound it to try and loosen the grap. This issue seems to persist with nearly every reel.

Works as expected. I would rather have control over the line feed. It tends to waste line. I do not wear down the line between stops and starts but every time you stop and start the line advances. I found that all manufacturers have went to this. I guess it's good for line sales.

Although I just received this email today on July 4 2015 with no possible chance of winning, I'd like to say that I saw a neighbor with your edger and I was blown away with the ease as wich she was able to use the worx edger. She was using it on a yard that was rarely edged and doing a good job keeping it straight. I like to keep my yard edged and I saw possibilities. Best decision I've made concerning my lawn. It works as advertised, and that's the thing that impressed me the most as well as its durability. I have future plans to order your other products as well. Keep up the good work. I've recommended to my friends as well.
