I have had this weed eater for approximately 10 years, I have used only six cartridges so far and have NOT had any problems with the machine, and it cut down a LOT of weeds and grass, but I like not having to have two machine now.

I've heard of this product and am not sure why I waited so log to purchase the best trimmer/edger that I have ever had to use. My neighbor recommended this brand for it's versatility and dependability. It's lightweight, height adjustable, easy to maneuver with a battery that actually lasts! I bought one of the first trimmers with the old batteries, then when the new Lithium batteries came out i bought the new trimmer with the fast charger, it is fantastic. When my first battery runs low, my second battery is already charged.

I have had my Worx Trimmer/Edger for a couple of years now. It is an awesome tool and I would not want to be without it. I don't have to have two tools while getting my yard in shape - I have the trimmer and edger in one and it is so easy to change between the two. My yard is the envy of the neighborhood. I am sure I have sold a few of them to neighbors who ask me what the heck I am using to get such good results. I will always have one! Thanks for making such a great product! The only thing that I would ask is that you strengthen the spools of line a little. I seem to use more than I used to - just is not as strong as it initially was in my opinion. I have to order more often. That is minor when looking at the big picture, however. I love the Worx tool!!!!

I love this but need my trimmer spools (free for life) and am having a hard time getting them. Called twi numbers one out of service the other call a third.

I bought the trimmer and received free spools for life all I have to do is pay shipping. The price for shipping is cheaper than buying the refill spools. The trimmer is a wonderful tool and made my yard look so good I just can't believe it. Thank you for having such great products. I purchased the leaf blower first which made me want the trimmer when I saw it. Thank you so much.
