Received a week or so ago. The ones that came with the trimmer didn't seem to work properly and the length of the line had to be physically pulled to extend. The replacement pack seems to not have that issue, although; I've only used one. If the rest are just as good I'll be a Happy Camper.
I have had the original Trimmer Edger for at least 4-5 years now.Saw the ad on the tube. Was tired of the old gas/mix and the constant spooling hassles for the cutting strands.Had one battery give out after three years.Replaced battery, got a extra. Now I get up in the early morning,edge/trim my whole yard.all the walks, fence line, and even some softer hedges. It takes me about a hour.I got a three bedroom home,3000 square foot of yard,400 ft of fence,a 400ft run of sidewalk(2sides need edging)and a 200 ft run of asphalt street frontage. It will usually take a battery and a half of the other.Free spools, can't beat that, never looked back.Kurt,Miami Florida(365 days a year of growth,no winter here).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had my weedeater for several months now and love it. I was just showing it off to a friend today who has trouble with her hands. She loved how lightweight it was and how easy it was to change positions. Spools are easy to take out and put in, too.
Bought the Worx grass trimmer two years ago, its still going strong. Never trimmed the grass before, felt like a pro right from the get go. Makes a professional out of any amateur. Easy, quick, NO COMPLAINTS
