Great Trimmers, bad Trim Line Accessories

I brought my first Worx Trimmer in 2005. I brought my second trimmer in 2010. My first trimmer performed perfect until 2017. The second trimmer is still working perfectly. The Trim Line that came with my first trimmer lasted me (3) seasons. The first Free Spools for Life 6-Pack lasted (1) season.
I spend almost as much time prying trim line that is stuck in the spool than I do edging my lawns. I know that the trim line is biodegradable and at some point it must be breaking down, this must be address.

I want to purchase the latest Worx Edger, it is a superior product whose performance shouldn't be diminished by inferior accessories.

Since WORX is a green company, our grass trimming line is biodegradable and it will melt when exposed to heat and the elements. We recommend trying fresh spools and storing them away from heat and moisture to avoid sticking and melting. I am more than happy to help. Tightly wound and easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these a few weeks ago and get great service with very little wait. I own all Worx yard tools and am very glad I have them. All are light weight and powerful. The gas powered were much too heavy and the electric were inconvenient for a large yard. I wouldn't buy any other brand.
