The Worx line is very durable and exceeded my expectations for such small spools. I use the trimmer on very heavy weeds and after 3 battery use periods, I am still on my first spool. The lifetime supply feature would be great but with the high shipping and handling fees, it's a long way from being "free".

I bought my first trimmer edger about ten years ago.I used it every week because it was so easy to use. First I use it to edge the lawn and the flip it over to reach under tree and shrub branches. about two years ago I bought my second one. I use this one until the battery goes dead then I bring out the other one and use it to finish the job.When I am done my yards look as neat as a pin. They would look even better if I win the electric lawn mower too.

I bought my Worx trimmer and love it! I can use it as well as my 12 year old son. Its light weight makes it more maneuverable and easy to get the job done! I also have the Worx leaf blower that my son loves to blow leaves and grass off the driveway and sidewalk. It is not easy sometimes to get kids excited about yard work but my son doesn't mind when he gets to use the Worx equipment.

I've had the original edger and its been very reliable and as capable as any gas trimmer I've owned in the past. The replacement spools are simple to order and do last quite a long time. I recommend this product to anybody who wants to be green about their yard work, but to those who want a good reliable trimmer.

I bought this 32 volt Max Lithium 3 in 1 trimmer, edger, and mini mower approximately 2 1/2 months ago. Since then I've used the 3 spools of trimmer line that initially came with the unit and had to order more. The reason I've used so much line is because I love this tool so much that I've been edging not only my yard but also several of my neighbors. I've been telling and showing them how great this tool is. It's light weight, easy to switch from trimming to edging, and easy to replace line spools. I haven't used my gas trimmer since I received the Worx via mail. The only suggestion is to come up with a way to quick remove tangled gas around the base of the shaft. It took me approximately 10 minutes to remove the long grass that wound it's way around the shaft. Also, love having a second battery. With how much I've been using this tool, it's comes in handy. Overall, a great tool!!!!!!! Will promote it to anyone that will listen.
