It's taken me years to use up the supply that comes with in the beginning. So when I logged on after finally using up the first spools that came with the trimmer I was happy to see how easy it is to order new "free" replacement spools.

This product works well around delicate areas like flowers and edging along drive way. We have a 90 year old lady that lives down the street and I do her mowing but she likes to do the weed eating around her flowers. She plants a lot of flowers. I bought her a worx weed eater a few years back and she wore it out and wanted another one because the string last quite a while. I bought mw one about 3 years ago and I don't mess up my wives flowers like I did with my gas powered . I keep mine and hers supplied with string and the free spools are nice. Worx did a great thing by giving the free spools.

I recently purchased y grass trimmer. I just love the edger feature. When I ordered one set of spools for life, nothing could have been easer or faster.i do think you should have special free shipping days for spools or one shipping fee for as many as you want with a limit.

I've had my WORX electric weed wacker for 4 summers, I believe. My experience with the old gasoline-using weed wackers was one of dread: mixing the fuel and making sure it was in the proper proportion, string-release malfunctions, the sound pollution, and just the weight of the machine made it a chore I wanted to avoid. Using the WORX weed-wacker, in contrast, makes it an experience I look forward to! Occasionally (more like very rarely), I get a spool that sticks and won't release more string properly, but compared to the old gasoline models, it's a jiffy to adjust the string and get wacking those weeds and leveling the grass height. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. Also, great service It even cuts through some pretty tough weed stalks. I just love it!

I purchased the WORX GT-20 32V to mow a long, grassy bank located along one side of the Robinson Cemetery. The bank is too steep to walk on and something that is extremely light weight was needed to reach from both the bottom and the top of the incline. The GT-20 facilitated my task satisfactorily and saved a lot of time and hard work.
