Love Worx!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I am a woman and absolutely LOVE my worx products for my yard. And LOVE working in the yard just so I can play with my toys! Thanks for making such good stuff that is efficient, light weight, and easy to work with. The only thing I don’t like is how loooong it takes for my batteries to charge :( ugh.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a fan when the string melts and cannot feed. I thought it was the combination of hot weather and heavy use, but it still occurred when it was cool outside. Very disappointing and annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We apologize for any inconveniences you have been caused. We recommend storing the spools in a cool, dry place. The spool line is made of a biodegradable material so that it easily breaks down without impacting the environment. This makes the spools of line very delicate and in extreme weather situations, the line will begin to melt and fuse together. To combat this, the spools of line can be unwound and rewound to ensure that the line will properly feed when placed in the grass trimmer.

work great and a great idea. I feel the shipping and handling is a little high but i love the idea of free spools for life since they don't last very long when you have a chain link fence around almost your whole yard.

Weed eater cord

So I got the spools for life deal and when using them the cord kept breaking inside. I noticed the cord itself was bonded to the other cords and would break at that point. So I unraveled it all and found this was all throughout in multiple areas. So far I have used 2 spools and it is still the same. I am not pleased with the quality. The spools that came with the weed eater when I bought it were good but these ones i ordered are not good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The spools are biodegradable which means over time with age and with an influence of temperature and moisture they will over time mold together and become brittle to the touch in hence making it difficult to use with the trimmer . A Trimmer I Can Actually Use

I've been asking my husband to purchase me a trimmer that I could actually use. I'll be 73 next month and I wanted something light weight but able to tackle tough jobs. After watching your demo videos, my husband thought Works provided the right trimmer for me. He was correct. I have already spent over ten hours using my new trimmer and have found it exactly what I needed. My husband ordered two 20 volt batteries, so I could actually switch out the spent battery for another if I wantedhowever, I appreciate the fact that the battery lasts about an hour before needing to be re-charged as it provides a good excuse to stop, get a drink of water, and rest before continuing with my projects. I am amazed at how long the small spools of line last; I just replaced my first spool and found it simple to do. This is definitely a trimmer I can use!
