I recently found out that it takes approximately 30 days to receive my order of six free spools, even though they say that purchasing any item from them, that free spool for life is also included with the purchase. So my first advise to those people that need to order free spool, is to make sure that you have ample time to submit your order and expect it to receive it for a month. Second advice is to submit your order when you have two spool left from your previous order. Hope that will help someone in ordering free spool in the future.
