Great trimmer and spool refills for life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the free string refills for life. My trimmer is the bomb! I'm female (60 yrs young) and of average to small size so my rechargeable string trimmer is just perfect for my use. By the time the power runs out my power runs out too! The spools are easy to change out and you can't beat free....(well maybe if the shipping was free too)

Got my Worx trimmer / edger about 4 years ago. Best purchase ever. Battery lasts longer than I need. I actually opted to buy a second battery and totally didn’t need it.
I use this mainly for edging. I do start with a good edging tool in the beginning of every season and the balance of the season this just trims everything up perfectly. I then flip the angle and get around trees and fences.
My yard looks great every time I use my edger. The free spools of trim line last me an entire season too. Do the job cut without issue, and never get stuck.
Really am super glad I purchased this trimmer / edger and why not....you get free spools of trim line too!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Poor Quality

I purchased a GT Revolution Trimmer within the last 2 months. I had issues with the spools that came with the machine (line always breaking after a few minutes of run time), but figured it was just a bad batch. I ordered 2 packs of replacements so I'd have them for awhile without needing to reorder. The new spools came and I tried some out. Everything was fine for about 10 minutes of run time, then the line would break off in the spool and I had to stop trimming, take the spool out, use a small screwdriver to free up the line, rethread it in the slot and resume trimming. After another 5 minutes of trimming the line would break again. Bottom line, I tried 6 spools from 2 purchased replacement packs and the initial spools and encountered the same issues. Very disappointed with the lack of quality in the product and wouldn't recommend to anyone. What good is a free product if it doesn't work? Should have just bought another brand other than WORX.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gets bound up

The line did not feed well. It bound up to the point that I couldn't find the end to restring it. Waisted a portion of the line as a result.

Thanks for making such good stuff that is efficient, light weight, and easy to work with. The only thing I don’t like is how loooong it takes for my batteries to charge :( ugh.
