I purchased the trimmer a couple years ago and just ran out of line....I went online, it reminded me that WORX offers the free spools for life. I paid the shipping and in 3 days had my replacement spools. Back to trimming for me! I love this tool. I am only 5' tall, female, and this is manageable for me to use. I really like this product!

I bought this for my wife because of the light weight. Works well but anyone over 5'8" would have back problems. Handle would be better for Males if it were longer. Also the string spool does hang up some.
I would recommend to those who want an easy and light weight trimmer with no cord and no gas refills. Work really well on regular trimming.
