I have had this trimmer for over 5 years & its trimming & edging does a fantastic job. The only downfall is the Batteries I have a Ni-cad & are expensive to replace. It would be just as affordable to upgrade to the newer unit , but I have a blower that uses the Ni-cad battery also. That's my only complaint.

I have had my trimmer for a few years now and believe me when I say it was one of the smartest purchases I ever made. Previously I would have to burden my poor husband in trying to start our gas powered trimmer. Now I am "on my own" and the hardest part is, well, there is NO hard part. It is not only a no-brainier, I actually look forward to trimming my yard. Thanks, WORX, for a great product!

I have a trimmer/edger that is over 2 years old. It has been a wonderful yard tool and I just ordered 6-pack of spools instead of my normal 3-pack each time. These spools along with the trimmer/edger have been a great addition to my yard tools. The spools are so easy to remove and install a new one. Also the spools seem to work better with time automatically adjusting when needed. Using these with the trimmer/edger make yard work enjoyable.
