Problem with product...

One of the 6 spools delivered was completely empty of line and a second spool was appeared to be only 1/2 wound???

Excellent Trimmer!

I've had this trimmer for about 4 years now and its a wonderful product. It originally came with 6 spool DNA2 line which did the job. However, ever since I notice that the line is not quite DNA2 but rather DNA1 and the line tangles up. Some spools are wound too tight!
