I received new spools they do not work right. 1 so far is falty

Love this battery operated unit! Just slide the battery on and go and the power on it is amazing! Just press the button and it does the job with no hassle of gas or a power cord. I also just ordered the free spool replacement package and they arrived quickly. I figure the s/h charge would be about what I'd pay in the store anyway and they come right to my door. Plus, it ensures that I'm purchasing the right replacements.

Great little trimmer/edger

I've had the trimmer 2 summers now and only complaint is the battery died after warranty. At 74, I really like it's lite weight and it's dual use. I didn't think it would be much of an edger based upon 70 years of gas edgers, but I was pleasantly surprised. I've sold at least two that I know of and now neighbors are boasting their own!

I've had a terrible time with my string on my 2 month old trimmer. Blow outs and melted together so I have to open every few minutes and re-feed. I hope it's just a bad batch, I have kept them in the house so it's air conditioned. One other thing I've noticed, it won't feed all the way out to the cut off point, no idea what this is about. Thank you for making them available for free plus shipping, otherwise I would be in a really bad place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This trimmer/edger is by far the best I have ever owned. I trim about 1/3 of an acre and the lithium battery has never let me down.

I love the convenience of the battery operate trimmer. It is so much simpler than my old gas one. Just ordered the replacement spools. They arrived quickly and were free as stated. I just paid shipping.
