Free spools, much easier than winding my own. Of course you do pay for them with the shipping and handling, but it still makes the per spool charge minimal.....and when I first bought the Worx, I thought those tiny spools would go really fast. They do, in fact, last as long or longer than the large spools on my old gas weed machine that I could no longer handle due to weakness in my arms and shoulders. Edging is a breeze. I can walk around the lawn in five minutes...used to take me 20 minutes with the gas powered trimmer that had to be used in an up and down motion to allow gas to feed....wore me out! Now, it is fast and easy!

I love my trimmer and the free spools. I am a 69 year old female recently widowed but the tool has always been mine. I am picky about my year and other trimmer made my arm hurt and were so hard to control. This trimmer is everything it promises and with the free spools, I never have to worry that I won't be able to find them when I need them.
