I bought these spools a month ago and they work fantastic; the only problem is the facing (cover); each of the two/three that I had flew off and cracked and were no longer useful. Therefore, I am unable to use my trimmer. I really do not want to invest in more. That should be made to hold and stay on the trimmer in a better way than it does. Why should I have to purchase something else that I felt should have withstood the work that was done? So now I am not using the product since there is nothing there to keep the string in place. Would appreciate it if a sample cover could/would be sent to me to be able to make use of this trimmer. Thank you.

I bought my worx trimmer a year ago... Then realized this spring that I had run out of cord. So I went back to the store to buy more only to find out that along with my original purchase I get FREE SPOOLS FOR LIFE! I was able to log on, request my free spools and they arrived at my home soon after. Couldn't be easier!

I got the trimmer and its not bad battery life was a lil short but with the two that i recieved with purchase got the job done. And the line that i think spose too automaticly pull out doesnt really work but overall im happy with it ...
