I just wish it came with a longer shaft. Both my son and I are over 6 Feet and have to crouch slightly when edging. Any plans for a longer shaft?

Spool refills are terrible.

I love these products but the last couple of spool orders have been terrible. I have 2 trimmers that I absolutely love but the last couple if spool orders do not move freely the get stuck and I have to take them apart and manually turn them. I don't know what has changed but these are hardly worth the shipping and handling. Such a small thing to ruin a very awesome product. Please correct this issue. My husband and I both have problems with them and his is the latest version.

I bought my worx 3 years ago. I have had those heavy gas models and corded ones and they didn't cut any better. The battery is still going strong after it is recharged. I just love the free spools One and about another half lasts me one season of trimming. they really cut the grass around the trees bushes and drive way. Does a great job.
