The line seems to fuse itself together. This results in removing the spool and prying the line apart. Most of the time it also results in cutting the damaged piece off, which shortens the life of the spool. I believe it is a result in the way the line was spooled, not all of them do this. Some of the spools work perfect, others do not. More quality assurance is needed in this part of your production.
As a senior female home owner, I use the Worx battery edger for my large yard. All other kinds are too heavy for me. It does the job well and does not wear me out as I still usually have to mow the yard. (Riding lawnmower yeah!)
Dad is 91 , cannot cut anymore so i ordered some free spools for his trimmer since i am now cutting . Your team was so great in getting this item to me in a timely manner. They did not ask a lot of needless questions and were all pros . Love the trimmer , nice and quiet and does a super job . Keep up the good work , and expand your line .
Love the cordless lawn trimmer. Powerful and light weight!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the edger/trimmer over a year ago and still love it. It is so lightweight and the free spools for life is super convenient. They pop in easily and last a long time to be suck a small spool. Great Product!
