This was my first time taking advantage of the free spools for life so I was skeptical. But it was SO easy and convenient! I didn't have to get in the car, drive across town to my local big buck warehouse place, buy some line, take it home, find it was not the right line, take it back and then go through the same hassle all over again and again!

Love the Worx product line SO much that I aspire to one day see nothing but Worx tools in my shed. Lightweight (for arthritis), quick charge batteries (for people who don't have all day to wait) and easy to use (for the tool challenged). Great delivery time on replacement spools for edger.

Love this trimmer!

Bought mine at the beginning of the summer of 2014, used it a couple of times and loved it. Then had heart surgery and after recovering used it at the camper lot and at home. This old man can't crank those gas trimmers anymore. With the extra battery it takes care of the campground and at home before needing recharged!
