I have had the trimmer for 3 years now and it has never given me any problems. The spools for life are a great advantage. If the pole extended another 6 inches or so it would be easier to work with.

Great that you offer these FREE spools for life, now just get the postage in proportion as to the actual form of delivery - US Postal Service! You're charging UPS rates for a much more reduced actually delivery source.
