I have purchased 3 of them for my whole family but I have found that the spools must get old and brake much easier I go thru a spool in half the time!
Somewhat frustrating yes they r free of charge but may want to look into this

While I am not always happy with my Worx trimmer, I am overjoyed that I receive spools for life. 6 spools last over a year and having these gives me the liberty to trim and edge as much as I like. Spools are great.
