Have used your product for at least 10yrs, and the satisfaction I've received is beyond words. I will continue to use your product until I die. Now I must say the only disappointment I've had is the breaking of the reel cover which I need.

Ease of use!

I love my Worx trimmer. I enjoy working in the yard, but the bulky motorized trimmers with the pull start were too hard for me to start and heavy to use. I didn't like the idea of electric ones because I was nervous about hitting the cord. This solves both issues and I don't have to have my husband start it for me. Just a push of a button and I am off. I really like that it is an edger too. Will never be without one of these again. Have had mine for about three years with no problems other than losing the cover that holds the string cartridge in place, but they have replacement parts and free refills for life is an added bonus!

A wonderful tool

I bought this for my husband, six months later he went to a nursing home. I would never be able to use the big blower and edger he had before I purchased one. This has been God sent for me. I have no trouble using any of the works items I purchased.

These spools are great! We have never had a problem using them. I wish we could order more than 6 spools at a time. Not happy with this policy, especially for the high shipping cost.
