I had never done yardwork because of the weight of different tools too heavy for me to use but this is the lightest weedeater ever. My husband has been unable to do the yard for several years and now I can neaten up the front yard in less that 10 minutes. Great product especially with the free spools for life!!!

Love the weedeater except for 1 thing

I really love the weedeater. Except for 1 thing.
We bought the 1st weedeater the first time we saw the Worx product. Bought the 2nd weedeater a couple years ago.
We are having an issue sometime when we use the replacement string, the string continues to feed out. So then we are having to replace the string with in just a
few minutes.
This causes us to run out of string extremely quickly.
But overall the weedeater is light weight and does an excellent job at cutting. Love the fact that it's so easy to turn into an edger and back into a weedeater so easily. Live how the weedeater can adjust to fit the user's preferences.
Just hope that someone can explain why the string runs out so quickly.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your review! We are happy to know that our grass trimmers have helped you get your yard clean with their portability and ease-of-use! There is a simple fix to reset the line feed so that it does not feed out too much line! In order to use your automatic line feed system, you must first remove your battery, then manually feed the line about 2 inches out at the bottom. Feeding the line out this small bit is to ensure you can tell if the line has fed out or not. Once this is done, place the battery back on the tool and, while running the trimmer normally, click on the line feed button several times WITHOUT letting go of the trigger. This will cause your trimmer to turn on and off repeatedly, but once you click the button several times, you will be able to notice at the bottom that your line has fed out the normal amount. I bought my trimmer 2 weeks ago and it works great, the only problem I have had is the line wraps around the spool, and doesn't last long

I really like my trimmer but am very disappointed in battery life. I am on fourth battery so I only use trimmer for edging in hopes my battery lasts longer than the ones I have gotten. I would like to hear from you if you have a better longer life battery. thank-you

Thank you for your review. Each voltage trimmer has a different run-time. Please contact customer service at 1-866-354-9679 to see if there is a higher voltage that is compatible with your trimmer model.
