Great Trimmer with safety in mind

I have had mine for over 10 yrs some of the first they came out with 10 spools free for life. I’m almost 70 now and ot keeps on going. I just now need like my 3 rd or 4th set of 10 spools. I could use another trimmer but this one will outlast me I believe. Just say more spools please. I have more Worx tool also.

Our pack before this order had (2) spools, but nearly each spool in this last pack ordered was bad. Though the spools are free the shipping isn't and would like another sent at "No Charge". I am pleased with my Worx tools and hope this is remedied quickly.
