Batteries do not last

I have had my trimmer for 3 years I think and only have less than 3/4 acre of yard to trim around fence and trees and the batteries just do not last and I also go through a lot of trimmer line, for free it should be free

Light weight, VERY flexible; had no problems, except have to go over St Augustine several times, but love the free spools and flexibility! Had this one for 6 years and NO breakdowns!
I would recommend this to a friend!

24v trimmer purchased 2 (?) years ago. unit handles well, battery provides
extended use time.

Bought the 24 volt WORX trimmer a couple years ago. I am pleased with the trimmer and the battery is holding up well. I still get about the same run time as I did when it was new. The only problem I have is with it being 24 volts. I bought it at the time thinking it would have more power and maybe more battery life. The problem now is that I would like to buy a blower and be able to share batteries. I can not find a 24 volt blower.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WORTHLESS spools

When I first bought this trimmer, I was extremely happy with it. However, that soon changed. I had to keep taking the cover off and advancing the line by hand and rethreading the line and putting the cover back on before it would work again. I bought a new package of spools from Lowes. THE VERY SAME THING HAPPENED!! If it wasn't for these WORTHLESS spools, I would have rated it at the highest possible score. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SPOOLS!! I also have your leaf blower and leaf vacuum/mulcher and like them just fine! I would like you to restore my satisfaction with this product!!

Fits perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ran out string and strung the spool myself. It was easy but wasn't as efficient as having the spools already pre-strung. I prefer the string that comes with the spools. I think it is stronger and doesn't break as easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
