Free spools for life

I absolutely love my workx, but I ordered a 6 pack of free line and didn't use them all right away, so when I used them the following summer the line wouldn't stay wound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regarding line

I have found that the line is not wrapped on the spool as carefully as they once were. Therefore, I am encountering more problems. As for the batteries, i have three and alternate their use. I have had the trimmer for over five years using the same batteries.

Have had this trimmer for 7 years now (first model) and it works great,no problems with it at all, I have put this trimmer through a lot and it keeps going and going. The line is great and I hope to upgrade to a new trimmer in the future.

Don't fit the trimmer

I bought a WG116 trimmer that uses the WA0007 spools and thought that is what I was ordering since I registered the product. The free spools I received are useless for this trimmer. The spool I need is a double spool (5/16"). A complete waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very sorry for any confusion regarding the spools. The free spools for life apply only to most of the battery operated tools and the model number for those single feed spools is WA0010. The WA0007 is a larger double feed spool and is used on certain of the electric grass trimmer models. The proper model number of the spools is mentioned in your manual and in your internet order you did order the incorrect model number. I have refunded the charges for the incorrect spools and sent you one of the correct spools as a courtesy. Please remember to order the WA0007 in the future.

They break too easily and force you to have to order too many replacement spools, Even though they are free, the shipping charges are outrageous. They are too thin and break too easily.Should be other options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The spools are easy to put on on and last long. The only thing that I see wrongs is when you say “free spools fit life” The shipping is really expensive so not really free at all. For such a small product the shipping should match

Hi there! Thank you for posting your review. The Spools for Life are absolutely free, but there is a small shipping fee of $8.93 that also covers the handling, so they can get to you in due time. To put things in perspective, a 2-pack of spools from Lowe's is about the same price, making our offer very cost efficient!

No Spooling Around!

Ordered these replacement spools for my 12" - 20V Grass Trimmer/Edger, 4.0ah Battery w/ 2A Charger because they cost nothing but minimal shipping charge when you sign up for them. So convenient. Just pop off the empty spool and pop on the new one and you are ready to go, you can even attach an additional one on the trimmer handle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
