I love this trimmer. Free is great! Have ordered spools in past for me and my married daughter. Trimmer and spool loading are easy to use. No gas trimmer please! Easy for us women with less muscle to use for general yard trimming.

The last package that I received has made it impossible to edge my lawn. The string is breaking every 2 feet and I have to stop, open it up, and restring it. I have used 4 spools on two lawns which should not have even used one.

This is my second trimmer in 8 years. I'm good with the trimmer but not at all with the line. It is not the same line as the one you get with the trimmer. Free spool, what's free about it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to change spools. Trouble is the line curls up & get stuck around the base. I have put heavier lines in & it has worked better. Trouble is I have to alter the spool & it is time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got involved with the Worx brand many years ago. I had health issues & electrical issues at my house. I needed something with batteries that my body could support. I bought my first weedeater because if TV ad & free spools for life. My weedeater finally died yesterday after many years of service. It has worked very hard over the years at my house & my Moms house . I appreciate that the company cares about their customers by providing free spools. I have used the spools on all kinds of weeds & grass. I have used the spools on weeds that my nephews gas powered weedeater had trouble cutting. I have to work slowly a little at a time but the spools got the job done. The spools are sturdy and do a good job. After using some of my Worx tools around my sister & her husband they bought the products themselves. She is now a big fan of Worx weedeaters. The spools make the weedeaters! I feel the spools are a great reliable product. I believe I made a great investment. Fortunately I had purchased another weedeater so I can keep cutting. The free spools truly benefit someone like myself who is retired, on a budget & up in age.I really appreciate the products of this company.

I love the trimmer until it's time to get new spool lines. You advertise "free for life". If that is true, then send a couple dozen at a time for that high mailing fee. It's an aggregation to me!
