Replacement Spools are poor quality

Have had my trimmer, which I love, for several years. The down side is the replacement spools. The DNA2 line is definitely not up to the standard of the original twisted line. Breaks easily and does not feed properly. WORX needs to review the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" rule.

Do not like this new spool

I brought my trimmer years ago and I need so string for my trimmer. I DO NOT LIKE this new spool for my trim it runs out to quickly. also it does not trim well. Please go back to the old string for the trimmer.

Love trimmer...first set of trimmer line worked real good,second time I ordered line didm,t last was brittle and broke constantly.Must be the age of the plastic.. Just ordered again hoping for a fresh batch.

brand new, extremely frustrating line issues

All three spools I received have the same issue mentioned by others here. The lines were likely spooled while still soft from the excursion process. They break continually at the spool because of the line being literally melted together on the spools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered and received the replacement line on reels 2 ea and two replacement caps and I'm quite happy with the Items. I would just like to ask if all the items were shipped in one envelope why does and there probably on the same shelf in the warehouse and they only way couple ounces why is shipping and handling so expensive?

been using the worx trimmer for a few years. i am having the same problem as all these other reviews. are you at least trying to improve this product? and the 6 spools for free is definitely NOT free when the s & h is outrageously high. the old saying is "nothing is free" you pay for one way or the other. last but not least, i am 5'9"...wish the worx trimmer had some more length to it.

The edger is good, but the free spools for life is a joke. The shipping cost more than huge spools for other edgers. This is my last time replacing my spools next time I will buy a gas trimmer.
