FREE! Do I need to say more?

Where do you get things for free anymore?! When you look at the spools, it looks like they won't last very long. Not true! I've got a large yard with lots to trim, and I'm on my second spool for the year.I did use most of a spool when I bought my house this spring, after it had sat empty for a while. It does a fantastic job, they're easy to change out and set up, and I never have to buy another spool. True, there is shipping, but it's so worth it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cross-threaded and snarled

I have been using the free spools for some years now. This started out as a great money-saving loyalty-building part of my Worx experience, but I keep getting spools that are cross-threaded so that the string breaks and I don't get to use up all the string. I also spend time digging it out and trying to re-wind it to use as much as I can. It is cheaper than buying spools and I'm still happy with my Worx trimmer. I would recommend this along with an explanation about the string foul-ups.

Edger - Trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my edger-trimmer and am on my second one. The first one, I can't keep the head straight anymore so I purchased a new one. I love how they trim but with the new one, which is about 2-3 yrs old, I can't keep the wheels on. I keep tightening the screw but it is in a position that makes it difficult. Very frustrating.
