Spools

Last pack of spools I received have been awful. 2nd time I ended up with this happening. See picture, 3rd spool just broke off and is tangled within the spool. Been a customer for many years and never had any problem such as this. Have to assume I received a defective pack. Not looking for a refund but would like a replacement, disappointing to say the least.

Week Wacker Wonder

I purchased the Worx Weed Wacker earlier this summer and couldn't be happier. After multiple gas powered failures, we found this Worx weed wacker and are so happy. I love the way it edges as well as wacks. We have a slate patio and what a difference it makes to have it edged. Our lawn has never looked so good.
The product is light weight and so easy to use. The string spools well and is very easy to replace. The only slightly negative comment I would have is that it may be short for many people. I am only 5'3" and I find myself stooping to wack. If Worx just made the extension a little higher, I'd have nothing but super positive reviews. However, the product is so light, it's not at all hard, just an inconvience.

I absolutely love this trimmer. I will never have any other but this. I love the lightweight feel and ease of changing out the spool, just wish the battery lasted longer.

I bought a Worx trimmer from my neighbor who had ordered a better model. I'm so glad I purchased this trimmer, because the line doesn't break like that of a lot of trimmers I have had in the past. It does a very good job for me.

The spools are easy to order. As advertised, the price of the spools is free, but the S&H charge per 6 pack ordered seems excessive to me. The spools load on easily and advance easily too. My only functional complaint is that I find the plastic "string" fuses together jamming the edger at least once per spool.
