Line Does Not Advance

I bought a trimmer a two years ago and the line advance worked for about a year. All the replacement spools do not advance on my trimmer. I must constantly advance the line myself. Free line for life for something that does not work is not "free"

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We can help get your trimmer to advance the line automatically! Check the spring under where the spool goes. If it is gone, this could happen. Also, ensure you are using a fresh pack of spools. The spool line is biodegradable. This means that the line will decay over time. Elements such as; heat, sunlight exposer, and moisture specifically will cause this process to happen more quickly. In order to have your spools last and perform as they should longer, please store the spools in a cool and dry location. Room temperature is good. This is lifetime free. I am amazed to know this.. u just pay shipping. 6 spools for free.. it is kind of paying for 2 spools in store = paying for shipping. Atleast the other 4 are free. they are great quality too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, free spools for life (minus shipping) is a great deal when you buy the appropriate product. I've not had any issues with the weedeater I purchased and it takes me seconds to install one of these spools when the line is gone. I remember when I used to use a gas-powered trimmer and when the line broke, it would take me ten minutes to change it, I hated it! Even if my Worx trimmer exploded I'd probably buy another just because of this deal and how easy they are to install.
